3. What is the main difference between the cases C-438/05, Viking, and C-341/05, Laval?
While C-438/05, Viking, is about free movement of capital, C-341/05, Laval, is about free movement of goods.
Both cases are about balancing between a EU freedom and social rights.
While C-438/05, Viking, is about the right of establishment and social rights in the EU, C-341/05, Laval, is about the freedom to provide services and social rights in the EU.
I see absolutely no difference between these cases.
