mix the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union up with the Charter
of Fundamental Rights in Czech Republic's domestic legal order, etc.!

the site of the European Ombudsman: http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/home/en/default.htm

If You, for example, happen to select a judgment of the CJEU, where an
Advocate General has made a reference to the Charter of Fundamental Rights of
the European Union, but the reference has not been supported by the judge, You
may also discuss the question why has the judge not supported the opinion of
the Advocate General, etc.
