4. DEROGATIONS
Activity
The
student reads the theoretical material referred in the Course Map. The
student finds and reads Articles 51 AND 52 TFEU and the core case law of the CJEU. Achievement of the relevant study outcomes will be controlled by the multiple choice test and case patterns. This learning object assists in achieving the study outcomes by instructions on how to find the TFEU (EU law), case law of the CJEU and with self-control exercises.
