The student first works with the theoretical basis, Treaty Articles and
secondary law Articles on free movement of persons. Thereafter the student works
with the case law of the CJEU on free movement of persons and identifies the
structure of the free movement of persons case law. The student performs
exercises in the e-learning environment and submits his/her solution of case patterns via the e-learning environment Moodle.
• GRADING PRINCIPLES:
Graded will be the general understanding of the theoretical background combined
with the practical skills of finding the relevant case law of the CJEU,
understanding the case law, and solving the relevant case patterns.
• METHOD OF
GRADING:
The student has performed exercises in the e-learning
environment.
• The grade constitutes 10% of the final grade.
