The student first works with the theoretical basis, Treaty Articles and secondary law on free movement of goods. Thereafter the student works with the case law of the CJEU on free movement of goods and identifies the structure of the free movement of goods case law. The student performs exercises in the e-learning environment.

Graded will be the general understanding of the theoretical background combined with the practical skills of finding the relevant case law of the CJEU and working with the case law, understanding the case law, and solving the relevant case patterns.
The method of grading:
The student has performed exercises in the e-learning environment.
The grade constitutes 10% of the final grade.
