GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS AND POSTERS

The participants are encouraged to present their own work as a short talk or a poster. There will be time for a limited number of oral presentations. The choice between oral and poster presentations will be made on the basis of the submitted abstracts.

Oral presentations

The talks should be no longer than 10-15 minutes. There will be a data projector available for MS PowerPoint shows as well as a projector for transparencies, and a whiteboard. Presentation files can be transferred on CD, floppy disk or data stick. We use Windows operation systems; please contact organisers if you think you may have compatibility problems.

Posters

Maximum poster size is 850 x 1250 mm (or A0 format) in portrait position. The posters will be up during the entire course.
